question - watching arsenal online
I'm having a 'mare
thought I'd easily be able to watch the game in a bar in bangkok
unfortunately its the kings 80th - and all the bars are shut!!
staying at my mates - he has a super slow dial up connection
and a mac which won't let me log on2 arsenalTV
bbc online text updates are totally rubbish
anyone have any top tips....? which is the best online written coverage?
thanks

Yeah, for general updates like lineups, cards, substitutions and whatnot, the best is http://www.skysports.com/score_centre/0,20793,,00.html. Just click on "Football" and another window should pop up. It's all pretty self explanatory from there.
However, when I was in the States last year, I relied heavily on the Guardian Online text updates. Go to http://www.guardian.co.uk about 15 minutes before kick off, click on "Football" at the top, and it should be pretty clear where you need to go from there. The page refreshes about as fast as the person can type, so it isn't that bad at all, I actually find it very witty, too.
Hope this helps.
