All you early leavers

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

All you early leavers

Post by stearmaster »

Need to listen to the stats doctor on talksport, first of all last season if the title was won on second halves arsenal would of won the league, ok no1s gonna leave 45 minutes early for sure, but tin our first 16 games this season arsenal have scored in the 80th+ minute in exactly half, moral of the post....

DO NOT LEAVE EARLY!!!!!

but if you do/have and miss/missed goals, SHAME!!!!!!!!!

Well said mate. 8)

I think it's possibly an influx of ex-manure "fans" that have swapped clubs after we destroyed (   ) them in the 2005 FA cup final... Please, if it is, and you can read this, please fuck off...

I would never early :) Even if we were losing 2-0 and there is 3 minutes to go, I'll stay till the whistle goes. The players stay on the pitch until the whistle, so should the fans.

I have never left early and never will. Its awful when you see rows and rows of empty seats. The same goes for early leavers at half time and the late returners back after half time. Can"t these morons go without food and drink for 90mins.If not left someone who really wants to support the team have your seat.Early leavers i hate em

Is there anything more annoying than spending 10 minutes either side of half time getting up and down for people spending £15 on a hot dog?

The last goal I missed was Bobby Pires' against Middlesbro the last time we played them at Highbury. Spent hours in the gunners before the match watching man ure lose to city and by first half injury time really needed a slash. Funny thing was that my seat that day was the back rowofthe bottom tier of the east stand where Icouldn't see the scoreboard. I wasn't sure ifI heard cheering of another goalornot and it wasn't til I gothome that day that I realised we won 7-0.

Since then I haven't missed a second ofa match I've been at.

That's a point I've been meaning to ask, has anyone stayed after the match for the beers and appearnce by a player? I was tempted recently when Martin Keown was there but for some reason I didn't bother. So has anyone stayed? Is it any good?

Its great, i really suggest you stay for one.
The best 2 so far have been Keown & Perry Groves. Both were hilarious.

Sounds good. Is it in one part of the ground only. Where do I need to be?
