The REAL reason for Szczensy's singing post match!

First off our away support at Wigan both at the Red Robin pre match and in the stadium was top class. Easily one of the best away days in a while helped by a strong result.

However, I was in the first row not cordoned off to be a bloody sterile area and post match when the players showed their appreciation the chants of 'Big Fucking German... We've got a big fucking german' restarted towards Mertesacker. I personally dont have a problem with this but i can see how some might take offense. Mertesacker started shaking his head and so did Szczensy in disbelief and put his finger to his lips in a hush gesture and started off his own chorus with the crowd to drown out the German chant.

Hopefully this chant doesn't have a detrimental effect on our big no.4 but it was clear the players didn't approve of it!

I can't imagine his other song would be too well received either
