Anders Limpar is a time traveler!!!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Anders Limpar is a time traveler!!!

Post by Bangkokgooner »

Good to see him back to the club yesterday. :barscarf: Such a shame that they should organize a lap of honour to let the legends walk around the pitch. I sat in the East stand and barely see nothing except on the screen.

Just found this funny vdo. In 1997, Anders was fooled to fly on the plane on-board with a scientist and his time-machine. So he travelled ahead 2 years to 1999 and discovered which nation won the 98 world cup.

I heard that he was going walk round but George Graham said he would take him off half way round.

What a season he had for us in 90-91. The same massive impact that Marwood had back in 88-89. As well as the scouse lob, I remember him best for assissting all 4 of Wrighty's goals against Everton in 92.
Was strange when he declared recently that he's a true Everton fan! Didn't see that coming at all!
