emirates on sunday

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Have to say that after building up for ages for the judas *word censored* return I am amazed at the how quiet the whole thing has gone now the moment is nearly upon us  We should be raising the tempo now and getting all that Gooner blood boiling again thinking about how the greedy bastard treated us so Come On You Gooners -lets hype this thing about again

We need to do this tomorrow. I am not talking about slating Ashley Cole and making his life hell (which should also be done). But I am talking about the match. Firstly if we don"t have Cesc, Hleb and Flamini then we need huge performances from everyone, even if they are there. We need a game from everyone playing. It is good we play at home because due to our form morale could be down do we need everyone behind the team (even if it mean not singing "Ashley Cole is a batty boy" for five minutes). We need a huge performance attacking, defending and in midfield and we need to take our chances. We need to prove our title credentials.

I've been taking my son (now 12) since he was 5. I have taught him that we are a class team and we do not boo returning players. I have never done it in the 40 years i have been going to games. I AM MAKING AN EXCEPTION TODAY. I will be booing the rotten little crunt (if he turns up). However as I am in the Family Enclosure I will not be joing in some of the juicier stuff.
However i do agree we need to get behind the team today as it is one of the biggest games of the season. If the Chavs win they are level with us on points  . There hasn't been much joy on a Clichy song but we could at least have a "we've got gael clichy" chant.
I alos so like IHHs 12 days of xmas song as that can even be sung in the family enclosure :D
