Rangers on RTE

RTE, the Irish TV network, are showing Glasgow Rangers on their Champions League slot tonight

. Now normally they would show Liverpool or ManUre

. With Arsenal playing for a top of the table finish I thought this tie might have been shown

You see I know for a fact in the 26 counties that make up the south I am damn sure there are very few Rangers fans so just who is this fixture aimed at

Are RTE now part of the anti-Arsenal media group as well

surprised to see that the rangers match was been shown unless its targeted at the celtic wankers who will want to see them lose

It is nothing short of a disgrace

Nothing surprises me with rte though - I remember a few years ago they were covering a manure game and george hamilton(a self proclaimed gooner) referred to them as the english champions when we actually were the current champions at that time. I also wrote to the cnuts a few years ago about their coverage of all things manure at the expense of other teams inc The Arsenal and I pointed out that they are funded by all taxpayers money not just the manure fans taxes - they wrote back saying they would cover whoever they wanted

i emailed rte about there lack of arsenal coverage and got a letter back saying they were comitted to the league of ireland and rugby

and nowt about there arsenal coverage

God i really hate them RTE crunts with there heads up their own arses the reason there showing the Rangers game is to keep that w**ker Souness happy hope Lyon will wipe the smile of his face.

RTE have always been biased when it comes to football. Bastards would show manure and liverpoo everytime over Arsenal but this is a shambles!!! Still though the boys are the best pundits on TV.

arsenal coverage on rte is non existent, except for when its the only match on. liverpool and celtic get quite a good showing, and m*U of course.

there is normally a live internet stream of most matches, so i can always see a match live and then watch the highlights later on rte.
