Gunners to bid £10m for Matias Suarez

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He's at Anderlecht, similar to RVP, obviously not as good. The Daily Mail article says 14 goals in 24 appearances this season

He's Anderlecht's best player... not that that's saying much. Technically sound, quick, good strike on him, scored a hat trick for Anderlecht in the CL earlier this season. Don't think he's a striker though!

I rate Eden Hazard much higher than Goetze.

i don't get it, how can an argentinian that never played for the national side at any level get a work permit?

Jamie Sanderson @YoungGunsBlog
Belgian media baffled by suggestions Arsenal have bid for Matías Suárez. They also say #AFC would have work permit issues with him.
BG is right, more work permit issues by the sounds of it. Another one that we'll have to ship off to the Spanish 2nd league for 5 years before he ever pulls on an Arsenal shirt. Great. :banghead:

Is this player the 'super quality' we will only involve ourselves with?
