Fashanu on TV tonight

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Fashanu on TV tonight

Post by Top Londoner »

Justin Fashanu committed suicide.Tonights TV Programme aside,,,,,Do blokes that play the beloved game today, need to feel so insecure about their sexuality in 2012?
I go to footy with blokes that are 'gay', and are as vociferous as any other footy supporter. Seen mates knock teeth out and watch my back, (oi, oi, add comment here).
I know that it gives an advantage to opposing supporters, but aren't we being a little precious here? Supporters seek the advantage, whatever the chant, (Munich, Hillsboro and any other sickening chants.)
Felt sorry that John dismissed his brother because of the drama, but I tell you what, for nothing! My bruv, best mate or Gooner sitting next to me, away or home, I would never turn my back on him, like the coward did. (Oh, or auntie either)

I often go to footy with a gay bloke, but he's a bit of a *word censored*, he starts pole dancing on the tube and comments about which players he'd like to shag when your trying to watch the fucking game. :awnker: :gayflag:

I give this thread 5 minutes before it gets hi-jacked by Jayson and the likes...

I twatted a mate who would not shut the fuck up about Fabregas.
He only gets a ticket from us when we need to make up the beer money nowadays.
Stilll want him on my side when we go away though. Best bloke ever. Not a pole dancer though.

I don't even understand why this has become such a big issue over the past few months :? Is football gonna implode amid some huge outrage if a few players don't come out as gay?

Oh no, no footballers are admitting to being gay?! Well maybe none of them are gay for fucks sake? And why must we have some big enquiry all of a sudden if a certain section of society is seen not to have prominent gay representatives?

So you've not heard Jayson on Arteta... Think this was at Norwich away...

Me: "yes mikel, good ball"
Jayson: "I'd give him good balls, in fact I'd happily rim him, he's lush as fuck".

 :?

He only gets a ticket from us when we need to make up the beer money nowadays.

Yeah, Jayson never buys a fucking pint, that's the problem.

Stilll want him on my side when we go away though.

Is that because you don't want him behind you? couldn't resist

Yeah but listen to Peter Tatchell and Germaine Greer whining, you'd think the world was about to fucking end or something.

Yeah, I can spot another problem, the BNP haven't got any black or Jewish candidates, that's a problem isn't it. not endorsing those *word censored*, just making an analogy

The Invincibles had two bisexual players.
Neither of them English.

Quartz - one is obvious, not sure who the other is.

All jokes aside, I can't see why their nationality or sexuality matters. If they perform on the pitch that's good enough for me.

I watched the programme, and thought that it was great the way that John Fashinus' daughter challenged him on the way that he "disowned" his brother.
I remember all the controversy that surrounded Justins suicide,(and some of it was his fault),but his brother should have defended him more instead of trying to protect his embryonic media career!!!
Justin was 10x a better footballer than John, and probably 10x the human being.

Flash, sorry mate - editted that name out. Lads, PM's for unsubstantiated rumours please. If the player isn't openly out we can't name them here.
