Of the better players he is probably the only one still playing at the highest level, so I would prefer to pick a player I wish we hadn't sold.

Lass Diarra - so Alex Song could watch someone who understands how to play that role properly

Once he's fit of course, but really Abou needs to be just behind the strikers. Wilshere could learn more from him
