Oh my god the season is nearly

Post by aalderton »

The season is nearly over and we will all have our 2 day weekend back but no premier league action. Sure we have the euros on in June but are England really going to get that far in the competition? What is everyone going to do with all that spare time? As soon as the season is over we will hear the transfer rumours all the way until the perm starts again which gets quite annoying

i actually can't wait for this fucking season to be over.

i will then enjoy my summer not having every second weekend ruined.

on that note, i give wenger this summer and probably till about october to prove he can improve this squad (against all recent-past evidence to the contrary) before potentially changing from "wenger really needs to pull his finger out" to full blown "wenger out"

Exactly. Thank fuck its over. Cricket, Olympics, Euro 2012 (couldn't give a fuck if England do well or not)

Plenty of sport without the hurt and weekends ruined and listening to the Self Harmer's verbal diarrhoea.

The 8-2 defeat.......oh sorry mate. I forgot - that humbling and the enduring humiliation was irrelevant :D

I hope we finish 4th so we can have more glory nights like the one in Udine

if chelsea weren't looming menacingly close to a champions league final, and the potential repercussions on 4th place, i'd agree with you.
or
if newcastle had lost as well, i'd agree with you

will people just wake up
has it ever occurred to any of you that I am the one getting wound up by some of the ridiculous posts on here and not the other way around :banghead:

chelsea have no hope of winning the CL and why are people so worried about Newcastle? we should be pleased that they are above Chelsea and Spurs

I think people are worried about Newcastle might be the fact that they have won six games in a row and will be level on points with 3 games left if they win the game in hand.

So a team that got promoted from the Championship two seasons ago could be level with us in mid-April - yes, that's Arsenal the team who moved to the Bowl to compete with "Europe's elite" slugging it out with Tyneside's Elite.

I'm also worried because apart from the game when Shawcross got sent off we always lose at the Britannia and they take great delight in winding us up owing to Wenger's pathetic spiteful spats with them. We never win at the Hawthorns either.

Chelsea are already through to the final of the CL by the way

Is there any hope we have only 3 games of this shit left and he will jack it in with Pat Rice in May? Even through the darkest moments of the season the one thing that kept me sane was the prospect of this season being Turnip's last.

Please Arsene do the right thing and GO.

Its the stuff of dreams mate. Contract extension already being penned

I expect in the Summer there will be double good news when Wenger and Djourou both sign new contracts to the year 2020

there's no way on this planet he'll go in the summer unless he has a heart attack or something. and if the media are to be believed and we really have already signed podolski, do you really think he would come unless he'd been assured nothing's gonna change in terms of manager between now and next season?

I would be amazed if a player the caliber of Podolski has signed without first seeing if we are going to be in the Champs. League. If he has signed I hope he hasn't made any plans for Thursday nights
