The first 3 things you'd do if you ran the Club..

We all disagree with various elements of how the Club is run. If you owned the Club, what would be the first 3 changes you'd make?

1) Hire Pep Guardiola to replace Wenger.
2) Sack the entire Board, including Gazidis. Appoint an international class exec team incentivised to increase non-matchday revenue. In other words leave the fans alone and start making money from sponosrship deals.
3) Move the Away fans into the Upper Tier and convert Club Level into normally priced seating. The Away area becomes "safe standing" for 3,000.

1. Recall Nicklas Bendtner
2. Sell Chamkah, Squillaci etc and replace the entire board with people who know how to run a football club.
3. Begin negotiations with the council regarding increasing the capacity of the stadium. Consult planners as to how this could be done. Aim to keep match day revenue at the current level, so the extra revenue that would have been gained through additional seat sales is used to decrease ticket prices.

I'd make more safe standing than that, and make tickets about 60 percent of what they were in that area - probably 5 blocks in the NB behind the goal - if that is possible financially..

Would also move away fans to upper tier, and get Guardiola in.

Think Club Level is a good thing - while I don't like sitting in it it brings in a lot of revenue and doesn't detract from the atmosphere as much as people say - I've sat all around the ground and many areas are as bad if not worse as CL. of about 10 around me I know in club level, I see four at nearly every away game... But funnily enough I'm the only one that ever sings at home games

2.) Freeze wages and put new signings on a lower wage, but higher win and goal bonuses.

3.) Try to get a "safe standing" section introduced.

2.Change the wage structure.How can the likes of Diaby and Walcott be on two-thirds of what RVP earns.Pay the top players the going rate and put the average players on £10k a week.If they dont like it they can fuck off

3.Kroenke to sell to Usmanov.Its madness that our second biggest shareholder who is worth more than Abramovich is not allowed to invest one penny into the club

I'll keep it simple

3. Employ people capable of making Arsenal the club it once was

1. Sack all those running our club (the board, wenger and ivan) and instill David Dein as chairman with immediate effect. Part of his remit would be to surround himself with people who know how to run a football club and if those on the board had an affinity with our club then so much the better

2. Hire a new manager that will bring a freshness to the club - cannot name a def person here but take your pick from klopp, rijkard, pep, moyes and van basten cos I would be happy with any of them.

3. Have a complete overhaul of relationship with fans and all things related to that - safe standing behind both goals would be a definite but other obvious things like pricing structures and matchday policies also need changing.

Really 3 things aint enough - medical staff, scouting dept, sponsorship deals, wage structure, and traditional things like players wearing club suits when on club duty (matches, public appearances etc) needs changing plus all the deadwood would be shipped out of the club asap even though it might cost club some money to do so.

1 Take away ALL OF WENGERS CONTROL apart from Managing the team

2 sack the board and bring back dein armed with the fat Russian to conduct all transfers/ renegotiate player contracts

3 Bring in new back room staff and an assistant manager that Heads up training
