The left side of the force.
Ok so we all know RVP WILL sign and geared with the great news today of Podolski joining up, it seems right backs in th Prem are gunner be very busy boys next season.
My concern however, is the lack of quality on he right side of our team. Wally is not the mustard and with Sagna the only quality right sided player I fear that teams will focus on making sure Robin and the Polski obsolete in attack.
So where is the answer? We have a severe lack of top notch right sided players....the Ox is an option but not in terms of goals...any ideas folks?

Weren't both Pires and Overmars predominantly Right Footed, but spent a lot of their time on the left?
Also with the modern day footballs used, I'm not so sure how much this matters anymore in all honesty.

Re: The left side of the force.
Sign Hoillet.
That would give us Podolski, Gervinho, Walcott, Miayaichi, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Rosicky and Hoillet who can all play wide midfield.
I believe of all of them only Podolski is limited to the left side (plus attack in his case.)

This is the most frustrating thing about the team most games. Our right winger is a forward who can't dribble or take defenders on. If the Ox would actually get a run of games on the right side I think he would shine but who knows when that's going to happen.
Sell Walcott and buy Hazard!

Ox isn't a winger, he is a CAM.

Re: The left side of the force.
Napoli could be a source of talent for a 4-3-3, though expensive and unrealistic. Hamsik maybe?
Barcelona may be evolving and there may be some opportunities to sign players there too.
Can't think of any realistic signings for a specialized right-side Forward though...

As i said if RVP stays. He will want £170k a week,Podolski will be on at least £100k so theres no way Wally will get the £100k a week he wants.Adios Feo

But forgot to mention Santos too, looks better left midfield than defence where I think he is a liabality.
