FRIMPONG
Re: FRIMPONG
Haven't seen it but he is your typical modern day brainless c**t that has far too much to say for himself
I don't think he will make it at the top level cos he ain't got discipline or attitude to do so and would much rather we offloaded him and play coquelin more chances

Re: FRIMPONG
What did he do? He must of deleted it as I cant see it now
Re: FRIMPONG
He tweeted a picture of some African bloke lying on the road with his head cracked open and brains spilled out. Absolutely horrific.Chunky The Gooner wrote:What did he do? He must of deleted it as I cant see it now
Not gonna post it here as it's too disturbing.
Type "Frimpong tweet" in the search box and you'll find it somewhere. I'd advise you not to see it.

Re: FRIMPONG
He ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Re: FRIMPONG

Re: FRIMPONG
OMG

Re: FRIMPONG
2 things really. Firstly, so what? Gore happens, I can find much worse than that online with relative ease. Secondly he has explained:
"Didn't Mean to Ofend Anyone with that tweet. Was just saying things that Happen In Africa."
I didnt see it but to be honest I dont care. Yes maybe he shouldn't have done it but how does it effect you that he did it? And people who say we should get rid should remember a few points. Love him or hate him, he's passionate about the club and, after watching the Norwich game today, he seems to be in a very small minoritty at the club. He's also a strong tackling yet accurate defensive player, far better than Song. Yes he has some edges that need smoothing but at the end of the day, he's got a lot of potential.

Re: FRIMPONG
If we jumped all over every young man who made a mistake, we wouldn't have many players for the future.
EF was probably trying to make a bold statement about a real problem but didn't realize the far-reaching impact posting such a picture might have. Stupid move by a young guy.
However, I'm all for what I'm going to call "Freedom of Tweet". As I've said many times, if we start censoring what athletes say and do on their own personal Twitter account, it will ruin the whole point of having things like Twitter. "Follow at your own risk, Tweet at your own risk" is my logic. Both sides have to give a little here.

Annoys me when people slag off Chesney and Frimpong for basically being a bit of a character. Frimpong's marmite, some love him some hate him. Personally, I love him. He showed great potential in the games he played, he genuinely loves the club and he hates Nasri, what's not to like?

Re: FRIMPONG

Who care the most in this pic? The one on his phone??? Couldnt he just hang on a couple of minutes?
Re: FRIMPONG
You don't see any wrong with a footballer followed by thousands of fans on a social networking site posting up such a vile picture (without warning) and exposing said fans to it (among whom are kids)?DarylAFC wrote:2 things really. I have a problem with it because I think it's a completely moronic act. I don't know about you but it makes me feel very uneasy to know that we've got a player who is amazingly thick and regularly shows an incredible lack of self-awareness.
This has got nothing to do with his footballing ability (which isn't all that to start with) and whether he loves the club or not. Don't know why you brought that up.
