Queensland Road development sold

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Queensland Road development sold

Just read on Arsenal.com they've sold the queensland road development for £26m. Can anyone shed any light on how they might use that money, as I understand it the property arm of the Arsenal doesn't help fund the footballing side of the business (club?)??? :?:

Arsenal don't do football funding, that money will just go straight into Stans pocket.

Property money can be used to fund the football side, but
will likely sit in the bank account to offset the remaining money owed on the stadium bonds.
