Greatest moment as an Arsenal fan
Seeing as we have had a load of threads asking what our most painful defeat was and our worst Arsenal XI, what would you say is the moment that has filled you with joy and pride supporting Arsenal for personal reasons, because you were there etc.
Mine is being at Shite Hart Lane in 2004 to see us win the league and arriving back to our own territory to be given a heroes welcome. The greatest club side I've had the pleasure of seeing winning the league in our enemies back yard, my memory is Cashely getting an inflatable Premier League trophy, running to the centre circle and planting it in the middle....brilliant day.

SHL 2004 was pretty good.
49 unbeaten is definitely up there
but my greatest memory is being stood in the north bank as a kid in 98 when tony adams lashed home against Everton on the final day to make it 4-0 and bring the PL trophy to Highbury, first silverware I actually saw us win in person and has lived with me ever since, especially the celebration....fucking get in

I wasn’t there in person for the wenger glory years.
So cant claim any of those moments as I wasn’t there.
For me my best moment was 1993 beating the scum semi final at Wembley and then Winning the FA cup last seconds of the game andy Linighan

Either WHL in 1987 when we won the replay, Allinson and Rocastle goals.
That one for sheer joy, and a release of frustration as we had been penned in by the stewards and old bill in those cages they called a "terrace".
But was luck to be at Highbury when we beat Leicester to go the season unbeaten.
It felt a bit underwhelming at the time as we had already won the title, but I remember trying to take it all in as I knew it was a very historic achievement.

Copenhagen 94 because it was against all odds
Spuds semi in 1993 Revenge was sweet
Leicester in 2004 the unbeaten season.Who at that game would have believed where we were then that we would have won just one trophy since. Its unbelivable

The Italian Job
, 5 - 1 at the San Siro
10 nil (on aggregate, 7 - 0 on the night) in Liege
Viera's goal for a 1-1 draw in the final minutes at Shite Hart lane

I was at Highbury for the Fairs Cup Final 1970. Fantastic night. I couldn't begin to imagine ANYTHING better than that.
But, amazingly, I stood in the Shelf at WHL in 1971 to watch us win the title. A fabulous, fantastic night.
Then, even more amazingly, I was at Wembley the following saturday and watched us complete the Double.
When Charlie won it for us. That was the best moment.
Joint best moment (if I'm allowed it) has to be Mickey Thomas scoring at Anfield 1989.

Beating Spurs in 1991 semi made up for so much even though WHL 1987 and Anfield 1989 were probably more exciting. Old Trafford 02 was great but i was confident we wouldn't lose. 2003/4 still leaves me unfulfilled. We should have won 3 .trophies that year. We should never had lost to Chelsea and United.

I have those same memories but, unlike you, I was not at them all.

Re: Greatest moment as an Arsenal fan
The Wenger title wins were all special, particularly the Leicester game in 2004. I'll never forget feeling the North Bank Upper actually rocking beneath my feet.
Although in the grand scheme of things it's not hugely significant seeing Henry come on in an Arsenal shirt again against Leeds was amazing, but seeing him break the monotony of the game by scoring one of his goals still gives me goosebumps whenever I think about it. It had no long-term impact on our season and was far less important than the Sunderland goal but I never believed it was something I'd see again.

Re: Greatest moment as an Arsenal fan
I'm 28 now, but didnt start earning my own money till I was 21, due to school/uni, so i only used to go now and then back when we were winning things, so can't actually say I was there for any of the real big landmark games. (although I can't believe we haven't won anything since I have my own money to be able to afford to go to every game)
I suppose my highlights would be getting to the champions leagaue final (although I never went to the final), beating Barcelona even if it was 1 leg and beating the scum 5-2. Really has been a bit barren
