Wengers making a mistake

whats the point of having one of the quickest players in the premiership and then always having him on the bench. Wlacott is proven player great scorer and provider for players. and yet wenger leaves him on the bench and then play him for 20-30 minutes no wonder he is considering leaving the home of the best londo club. Also wh does wenger keep playing Laurent Koscielny he scores more home goals then he scores normal goals and buggers up all the time.
