Virtual Trophy or Actual Trophy?

Think we're all in agreement that we're in serious danger of missing out on the 'trophy' that the Board and Manager crave every season.
Assuming we stay in the Cup after next weekend, and if you could only have one this season, which is more important, 4th or victory at Wembley?
Whilst I despise the Champs Lge format and what it all stands for, we'll lose the cash and the Board will hide our existing cash even further in their pockets and spend next to nothing whilst a trophy may get the players used to winning (according to the experts)

So which is more important?

The CL serves nobody except the owner - doesn't help us sign new players or keep our best ones. The cash it generates does not concern me as it is not reinvested into the club.

A real trophy is something for the fans. A virtual trophy is 25m in Kroenke Inc's P&L account with a boring group stage and 2 further matches before we get smashed out of sight

Funny today that the Chav fans were singing "we want you to stay" to Wenger. I suppose he "didn't hear it" but I certainly did.

Fa cup for me couldn't give a fuck about the CL a trophy we have no hope of ever winning with Wenger in charge he's had 16 seasons in it and we have 1 final and 1 semifinal in tht time,no doubt some will post on here shortly saying we need the 4th place so we can attract the best players wake the fuck up or we will get the superfan coming on telling us how we need it so he can rack up the airmiles and then come on and tell us how he's the greatest fan in the world

Have had enough of the champions league. Shove it. 16 years in it is why we are where we are.

Without it we would have been forced to fight for titles more often, cups more often and the board wouldn't be able to rely on it's cash so much.

The format has ruined football almost as much as Sky's money.

Take it back to knockouts like the European cup, distribute the money equally between ALL clubs and turn it back to a CHAMPIONS trophy again.

If we dont finish top 4 our best players will leave.Cesc Nasri and RVP would have left by now if we didnt qualify for the CL.........what you mean we did finish top 4 and our best players still left?

We dont have a pray of winning the FA cup its like Europe as soon as we get a decent team we are out.Our best bet is to try and regain the Emirates Cup by inviting Barnet Orient and arsenal ladies to take part in it
