Arsenal 'free' digital membership

Post by g88ner »

I see Arsenal have just launched a new tier in their membership structure - 'digital' membership. It's FREE and seems to include free access to the online video service, 'Arsenal Player'.

Now, maybe I'm wrong, but wasn't access to 'Arsenal Player' supposed to be a perk for silver and red members on the back of them doubling the membership fee a couple of years ago? :o :?

Now that 'perk' is given to everyone - including those who don't contribute a penny in membership.

Does this mean they'll be lowering the silver/red membership fees then?

Quite annoying that they will not be showing the pre season games live this year. Anyone know the reason for this?

So they're not showing pre-season games? Or reserve games?

Probably to free up more air time for Johan Djourou to show us round his shed or for a ping pong match between Chamberlain and Jenkinson

If this is suppose to be a perk of having silver and red membership then surely they have to drop the renewal price next season if everyone has got Arsenal Player free now, they have no choice.

You have much to learn my young padawan.......

We are talking about modern Arsene Fc, who really don't give a shit about the mugs that support them, pay hard earned money to watch them, but merchandise, travel up and down the land and beyond.

Cough up and shut up and sit down and be quiet before a steward chucks you out for having an opinion.
