I think I dislike Hughes more than Pulis. Pulis was undoubtedly a massive but deep down everybody knew he was a neanderthal - hence why nobody jumped to his defence when Stoke's novelty wore off and their fans were determined to force him out.

Hughes is not only a bitter bastard to whom the game of football is a secondary concern at best, he is a smarmy prick to boot and seems to think he walks on water, and regrettably due to his playing career garners far more respect than he deserves as a manager.

Could actually be more of a free flowing game than we have come to expect, whilst I know Hughes ( ) has never been a purveyor of the passing game, there was an interesting stat on 5 live on Saturday.
Apparently, Stoke managed an average of just over 100 completed passes per game last season under Pulis, but are now averaging over 500 under Pep Hughes.
