So I was thinking of purchasing a ticket via ticket exchange for next weeks Napoli game, and I have a few questions as I haven't done this before.
What form do I receive my ticket in - are they printable or do I receive them through the post?
Are there any other things I may need to take with me, such as a Red Membership card?
I have just joined up today so when can I expect to receive the card?

Basically, check the charges that they add on when you get to the checkout. If it's just a booking fee that they add then you'll use your membership card. If they add a postage charge you'll receive paper tickets in the post. If they add a "ticketfast" charge you'll receive a PDF ticket in your email which you'll need to print out.
Either way, you'll have to pay about an extra fiver after all the fees have been added on
EDIT: Just did a test booking and it looks like your ticket will be loaded onto your membership card. If you've only just applied to become a member you'll normally get the card within about 7 days. If you don't have it before the game, go to the box office an hour or two before KO and they'll print a ticket for you.

One thing I noticed when I purchased my Red Membership earlier was that I checked my bank balance afterwards, and it had not changed. I paid by direct debit, so do they take the payment a few days later or something?
I'm a little confused that's all as I am new to all of this

Yeah, will take a few days to come outta your account.

Ah, ok. Just ordered a ticket, top tier (never been there before) in a North Bank corner.
Let's just hope the Membership Card arrives in time
Ok, so I purchased my Napoli Ticket on Ticket Exchange ticket on Wednesday Afternoon, just after signing up for a Red Membership.
My payment went through for the MATCH TICKET about an hour after I bought it, but the Red Membership confirmation e-mail didn't come through until about an hour ago. It says:
Dear Mr ********
We are writing to advise you that we will be collecting an Ad Hoc Direct Debit payment, the details of which are as follows:
Yours sincerely
For your information, the collection will be made on or immediately after the date specified above using this reference number: ******************
So, because my payment doesn't go through until the 11th October, will I be unable to receive my Red Membership Card until after that date, or will I receive it before the Napoli game?
Thanks in advance
No idea tbh. I woulda thought you'd receive the card some time in the next few days but it's no problem if you don't, just go to the box office before ko (maybe print out your booking confirmation email), tell em you haven't received the card yet & they'll print you a paper ticket...
I noticed at the Napoli game there were a hell of a lot of empty seats, even the one next to me.
Loads in Club level, but also many in the upper levels.
Yet a full week before the game it was 'sold out' according to the ticket site.
The Dortmund game is already sold out, so I am without a ticket.
Is the ticket exchange not working properly?, or are our ST holders so affluent they can afford to not resell their precious seats?
Frustrating to want to go, get told its sold out, knowing there are always thousands of empties.
Being a lowly red member I am finding really hard now to get tickets for home games , but with contacts made on here find it easier to get away tickets!
I've always found that as long as you're online at 10 when they go on sale you can always get tickets. Generally only Upper Tier and some lower in the Clock End mind you.
So how many tickets can be purchased on one Red Membership per game?
I'm thinking of going to the Chelsea game (Capital One Cup) later this month as the tickets start at £10 and I would like to take my 15 year old brother along, but will I be unable to do that as he isn't a member? I can't seem to find any answers on Arsenal.com.

1 ticket per membership, until it goes to FF/General Sale at which point you can buy up to 4 tickets per membership I believe.
