Lot of time for us to stew over this massive missed opportunity and the embarrassing nature of the performance yet again.

Back to the predictable - a home win, 3-1. Followed by more premature title talk and a scraped 1-0 win at Cardiff

You spend more time talking about the title than any gooner I know, you and bored journos.

Everyone with an ounce of sense knows we are still a few players away.

Ridiculing an opinion that hardly anyone has is SteveO's MO. But then, his promotion of a fictitious BBQ is his other MO and that's quite impressive; it's probably more famous than any real BBQ ever held! - if he doesn't work in marketing, it's a waste of talent! :D

cant see this being a routine win at all, think this might be where the wheels finally drop off, saints aren't where they are in the league through being shit, and if Pochettino has any tactical knowledge what so ever then it will be a very frustrating afternoon for us,i reckon a draw at best

Its not a consideration......its a correction and a reminder to the vast majority who do talk about it. Believe me there are many out there - not you, who seems to know everything - talking us up. It was all over the radio phone-ins last week.....we were going to Old Trafford to shut them up.....they've had it.....Moyes is shit......Ozil is god.....we can definitely win it. Did you see the build up before the game - talking to Gooners who were talking up the title

You can take your frustrations out on me all you fucking like pal, but there are a whole host of Gooners who have forgiven that useless tool in charge for the past 8 years on the back of 8 weeks and one new signing but I have never ever been one of them and nor will I be when we beat Southampton and Cardiff

Radio phone ins...Jaysus wept, who the f**k gives a flying turd for what a bunch of 18yr old nimrods say on some daft phone in. 5live talksh*te they are all bollocks. Stop listening mate, it's rotting your earholes. Next you'll be telling me what's trending on twitter and facebook.

Twitter is for tw*ts(The only f**king thing Cameron got right). Phone -ins are for sad losers at home or in their f**king vans who need to get a f**king life. Not amed at you, |I mean the people who make the calls.

Forums thankfully at least have supporters who know what they are talking about......Most of the time

For the record, Moyes is sh*t, he probably can't believe we would turn up so limp. That isn't the Arsenal team he usually faces home or away. We at least try and score. We could have sh*t them up if we'd bothered to turn up.

Beating Southampton is hardly something to be sniffed at, they have improved considerably over the last year. You only need to look at their matches at Liverpool and United away to see that this is going to be a very tough game. Also beating the lesser teams is just as important as beating the bigger teams, if we can go on another run up until the Chelsea and City games then we could be quite a few points clear at the top.

This is a time to remain positive and hopefully Walcott and Podolski coming back will have a good impact and mean we'll never see Bendtner in an Arsenal shirt again.

Don't disagree with what you've said, except to remind you that apparently "I talk about the title more than Gooner you know". For the record they are not only spotty 18 year olds hanging around on Facebook - there are Gooners of all ages up and down the country talking about us winning the title. My dad, a season ticket holder of 40 years and in his 70s is talking about us winning the title. Pundits on TV are talking about us winning the title........you don't agree with them, I don't agree with them but they are there everywhere.....from the young to the old and many in between. The people interviewed before the game were genuine fans, fathers and sons, travel club members, season ticket holders etc.

The vast majority still back Wenger and the past 2-3 months have swayed those who had started to become indifferent

Given our resources this should be a comfortable win - yes it's impressive that soton have got some results against a poor united and vulnerable Liverpool side, but we're supposed to be too much for them.

If we can beat them 2-0 or 3-1 then get a draw or win at Cardiff then I'll have a little more faith that our talent is enough to outweigh our tactical niavety and lack of preparation.

Don't forget we have only won three of our last six games. So I have no idea what to expect or predict from these two games :rubchin:
