As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I don't care about the result so we should rotate ahead of the next two months which are alway tough on us.
You might not care, but the club will and rightly so. If we beat Marseille, there's a chance we can qualify before the tough trip to Napoli.
And even if you only care about the league, I'd say you should hope we beat Marseille and Napoli/Dortmund draw - that way we have a dead rubber in Napoli in between tricky games vs. Everton (h) and Man City (a) which has to be preferable to a big, distracting CL fixture?
Even if we lose 3-0 it would be a damn sight better to watch than Park running around in circles ruining every potential attacking move like last time they visited
i suppose you're right, i should care cos Wenger will and Napoli is likely to be a huge distraction though it shouldn't be - our focus should be on 4 points from those two games.
with pod still 3 weeks away from fitness, Walcott should start though.
win this and hope napoli get a draw at dortmund and we have a chance, obviously we have no hope of realistically mounting a CL challenge but no-one here can say another night like the 2-0 in the san siro or 1-0 in madrid wouldn't be great. fuck it lets qualify, we have nothing to lose

I think he will. Although, I reckon Giroud will play too, as I think Wenger's intention may be to run the guy into the ground and not sign a striker in January either
Actually, I think we will sign a striker because Wenger openly (and surprisingly ) questioned whether Bendtner was mentally at Arsenal still - I mean we knew that, but it's unlike Wenger to say it publicly.
Our proud record of umpteen years in succession qualifying from the Group is about to continue. Will probably be a bit ragged but we'll just about win this and can start planning our diaries for a Feburary pasting somewhere on the continent
