As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Has anyone read what he tweeted this morning, he's deleted it but found it on Bluemoon forum and if it's BS, Warnock is going to sue his a**e off.
If it's true then the owners of QPR will be speaking to their lawyers because the middle tweet reads like a seriously dodgy way for a manger to behave.
I am not posting them on here or a direct link.
On second thoughts, if you want to read them have a good hunt you'll find them online somewhere.
Surely he is in deep trouble - if Warnock doesn't take legal action does that tell its own story?
Besides if he felt so strongly about this he could have said it at any other time. He should have just taken the criticism on the chin for taking a penalty like an utter spastic.
Professional footballers ........braincells...............don't always go hand in hand (more foot in mouth) do they?
Always disliked Warnock in any case, from the same cloned managerial *word censored* gene as Pulis and Fat Sam. Sure that from ensuing legal pay off it will tide him over after his next very short managerial stint.

per not 606:
"...if warnock takes legal action it runs the risk of others coming out and backing puncheons comments.
lawyers letter behind the scenes to get them removed will have occurred
libel law changed 2 weeks ago to make a case Warnock would have to show "serious harm" to his reputation..."

He'd still have no difficulty proving libel regardless of law change - unless the comments can be substantiated/corroborated by others. Which as both our posts suggest may well be the case if it isn't pursued.
