wed nite vscum **** (scores

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

As much as I would love to see us win this tie, I cannot see it happening

The scum will play their strongest team as realistically this is there best/only chance of silverware  they will also be looking to avenge last seasons defeat at the same stage of the competition.

If we can avoid losing at home to the scum then I will be a contented little souil 8)

COME ON ARESENAL 8)

I think we'll win the home leg nd we are at a disadvantage being away for the second one. I think the spuds will win that and probably enough to go through.
TBH i'll be more worried that we get through with no injuries or cards for the defence or defensive mid fielders :?

First leg. Send out the youth team. Beat them 8 - 0. Second leg. Send out Arsenal ladies. Play for a draw. Easy.

and a big welcome.
but

got to go with wayno and say i think we will be beaten, maybe not on wed nite but over two legs, last year was great but remember, spurs were 2 up and fucked up and we needed extra time to win the second leg,

They have been looking for revenge ever since this century started, where has it got them. I keep hearing Gooners worrying about the next match will be the match that they finally manage a victory over us, i heard that before the game at the Shit Hart lane. But it didnt happen. Truth is our second team is a class apart from the likes of Jenas, Malbranque, Lennon and the jokers they call a back four. We only need to worry about Berbatov and Keane, if we curb that thread, we will score against them. We are the favourites even with our second string.

I think our Carling cup team this year is a lot stronger than last year's. Many of this season's team are genuine first teamers. I'm not overly confident, but I'm not as worried as some gooners seem to be
