[POLL] International Nations League - Good or Bad?

Post by QuartzGooner »

A new competitive national team tournament in a league format, with knock out semi-finals and a final.
Begins 2018.

Gotta be better than dull friendlies, but not a good idea if it adds more games to an already crowded fixture list.

Bit of a money grab/TV content approach to me. Should be careful not to kill the golden goose ala cricket - sometimes it's better to have less supply than demand.

Absolute shite. Interlull is mostly terrible at the best of times. Too many games as it is. FIFA/UEFA/CHURCH OF SATAN should just be done with it and open a brothel. Money hungry cuntpigs. :x

Couldn't be less interested tbh. Although if Arsenal are mid-table by then (quite possible), then maybe it will be very interesting!! 8)

I can't abide these types who sit on the fence.

Agree though about International football, as I've said on here before, corrupt pile of shit.

Where the hell are they going to shoehorn in yet more bloody games anyway?

A Champions League for nations - what could go wrong?

Hopefully it will be as enthralling as the Group Stage of the Champions League

Good idea. Friendlies are an utter waste of time due to their completely non-competitive nature. Will be more like rugby where lesser competitive matches are used to blood new players etc.

And right there, if ever we needed it, is the definitive reason why this should be aborted in the womb. :cussing: :censored:

If it means the end of six or seven substitutions in a game then that is good...any other reason is bollix...

International football is boring, I loath the World Cup, European Cup and friendlies.

All these big teams can't play together if their lives depended on it.

England are always seriously over rated even though they are not good enough and we're all subjected to this ''this is our year'' bollocks.

Get rid of International football.

Yes. Only with a referee, and fewer cars.
