Tito Vilanova - R.I.P

Ex Barcelona title winning manager Tito Vilanova has been rushed to hospital, some sources suggest he has just passed away aged 45, but unconfirmed at time of writing (22:53 hours).

Not nice to hear , we will have to wait to have it confirmed, El Mundo deportivo are just reporting that he has gone into hospital with gastric problems.

Yep, it's true, I just checked the Spanish media and they say he's passed away.

Tito Vilanova dies aged 45

Former Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova has passed away aged 45 after losing his battle with throat cancer.
He was taken to the emergency room on Thursday for surgery after being admitted last week when his health worsened.
Vilanova had been battling cancer of the throat since November 2011 and Radio Nacional says there have been gastric complications.

very sad. same age as me.

it seemed like he had a big future. he could of been our manager one day.

a terrible disease.
