Koscielny signs new deal

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Koscielny signs new deal

Post by spendsum4uckingmoney »

It seems almost like yesterday when he made his crappy introduction to the premierleague only to become one of the best centre halfs in the premierleague today. The tide turned for him I think during the Barca game in 2011 where he showed amazing composure against the best side in history.

He's earned it. I was far from his biggest fan but he's turned it around and formed a very good partnership with BFG. Still prone to the odd mare but it's a relief that we don't really have to worry about the CB position.

Ligue Deux you mean

Got it wrong with this fella. Still can't watch that balls up against Birmingham though - hope he puts it right at Wembley this time

That's a relief, there's not many defenders in the country I'd take over him. He's almost as wet-dream-inducing as Per, but not quite :barscarf:

I hope Per will be made captain. Either way I'm spending all week in work signing "when Per, goes up, to lift the FA Cup, I'll be there" :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
