Most journos predicting Maureen will easily walk the title now he has all the pieces of the jigsaw.

have to admire his scouting network, "I haven't won sh*t in 2 years even with expensive squads, I'll just raid Atletico Madrid with a better manager than me and win the league".....he's probably right but here goes

I'm not absolutely convinced about Chelsea. If Fabregas can be 80% the player he was for us and Costa 80% the player he was last season they will be huge improvements. But it wasn't just quality in certain areas, they just didn't seem to have anything like the clinical nature of the old Mourinho team.

2014/15 :

Winners - no idea. All potential top four have problems and weaknesses :

City - excellent going forward, defensively vulnerable especially to set pieces and direct play.

Chavs - solid defensively (better without Luiz), attacking wise patchy. Costa may take time to settle, and at only 12 1/2 stone he's going to find it tough physically as a target man.

The Arsenal Football Club - chambers may improve the defence, Debuchy may improve us going forward, sanchez definitely will. Our downfall is our tactics, lack of focus and preparation.

Red scouse - won't miss suarez as much as people think. Sturrridge scored 40 odd goals last season and his supply is still good. Markovic and Lovren look quality, as is lallana. Rodgers also trains and prepares them well.

5th - Everton - Martinez will build on last year. Lukaku is a good signing. Everton are too strong for the current united line up and the spuds.

6th - United. might run Everton close in their current form. With 3-4 real quality players they might scrape 4th. either way. VG will be done.

FAC - Everton.
League Cup - Liverpool
ECL - Real Madrid (spit)

Golden Boot - Sturridge
POTY - Ozil.
YPOTY - Calum Chambers

Relegated - villa, lester, southampton.

flop of the season - Luke Shaw.

League - City. I'm not convinced by Chelsea, us and United will still fall short but Liverpool to drop out of top 4 thank fuck.

Predicting FA Cup is a complete lottery but I can see van Gaal going big in the Beer Cup. No European fixture congestion and he'd love to win a trophy that early.
