Ticket exchange

Post by valdemordor »

Hi,

Does anyone know what's the limit of games you can sell on Ticket Exchange? Could your ST be free (or really cheap) if you manage to sell all (most of) the ticket on TE?

Cheers

Not sure if there is a limit to how many games you can sell on your season ticket given that the club take 10% of every ticket exchange sale, I'd imagine it won't work out that cheap for you. Also you have to factor in that T.E. is only operational when the match is a sell-out, so some games you might not be able to use it and if you can't make it there yourself, then it's wasted funds.

I do have a question for you though: Why would you get a season ticket if the intent is to sell it on T.E. for most of the games? Haven't you got mates that you could share it with? :rubchin: :rubchin:

I joined the list nearly 6 years ago and back then I was still living in the UK. I guess I just couldn't say no when the club contacted me to offer me a ST so I took it. Believe me, I tried to find someone to share it with, put it up for loan even under face value and got sick of people who tried to scam me.

My mates? Well, I don't live in London so most of my mates support either ManU or Barcelona/Madrid.

Fair enough. Like I said, it will cost you at least the 10% fee for each time you sell it on but, as long as you can afford it, I suppose it's a small price to pay in order to have a ST of your own to use when you can.

There is no limit and you can sell them all but with the cut the club takes from each sold game, you would have to pay about £150+ to renew a season ticket which you never once used.
