welbeck of course because of his PL experience, campbell is still an unknown entity and looked lost at everton

And by unknown I reckon you are referring to the EPL, right. Anyways, I cant see how a player who has played in Europe, UCL and WC is considered unknown.
I guess Sanchez and Ospina are unknown as well...

The question can only be answered with any effect once we have seen both of them get some significant playing time up front for Arsenal, otherwise we cannot make a comparison.
