Other matches weekend 18-20 Oct

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Watching Spurs at City was exactly like watching us when we play at places like that

Plenty of early promise.....missed a golden chance.....go behind due to shit defending......get back in the game....go behind again due to shit defending....end up getting tonked

Until we have an Aguero or Kompany at either end it will always be that way and same goes for the jokers from the shithole

Amazing what happens when you have a manager that actually understands things like, playing players in their correct positions, using a system that gets the best out of them, and of course replacing the players they lost... helps considerably.
Their manager must have worked 30 in football to be that good.

Some might have forgotten but Koeman did have Wenger's number in the Champions League. We played his young Ajax team and they got a 1-1 at Highbury and then a 0-0 over at their place. It blew a hole in our hopes of reaching the last 8 that season.

Great decision on the first penalty, more officials should do the same, but the ref has been bullied into giving the Stoke penalty by the local orks.

Agreed. I thought the first decision was brave and correct but the second pen was as soft as they come .

The Orcs keep our Europa Dream alive by beating the financially doped Swansea City

Just the megabucks clubs Southampton and West Ham to reel in now to cement that crucial 5th spot
