Baggies away

Baggies away

Post by Theoperator »

Looks like all will be well in the Wenger Rose garden now .

Will be a tricky game I feel, 1-2 perhaps

The scene of one of Wenger's "greatest ever achievements" a couple of years back......and a dress rehearsal for the return next May when we seal the deal and live the dream once more

1-2 to the Arsenal and Kleenex sales set to rise again

1-3 win to The Arsenal and the media clowns will all manage to sound appalled and take the piss about "fickle" Arsenal fans that wanted Wenger gone. Merson will jump right in there too.

Ah... happy memories. Wenger holding on to Pat Rice for dear life in the dying seconds, Gibbs with a superb last ditch tackle, the full time whistle goes, the pressure lifts, my pecker erupts and the virtual trophy was secured once more.

We won the VT, we won the VT
At the Hawthornes, at the Hawthornes,
We won the VT at the Hawthornes,
And I spunked all over my undies,
When we won the VT at the Hawthornes

Draw here, hard to believe I am saying this but Arteta is going to be a big loss here, partly because of what he does but mostly because Flamini will surely replace him.
No quality draw, 1-1 with the "jaded" excuse getting an airing.

Yeah, he was a bit embarrassing last night. He started the program saying "Well we all know what's going to happen. Arsenal will bomb on and create loads of chances then get exposed at the back." It was a real same old same old comment. By the end of the program he was much more positive and even hinted that we could push on from this win and turn our season around.

Fickle as fuck!

0-2 and all hail the God that is Wenger

If we lose this one the pressure on Wenger from our fans will be greater than it has ever been. Think we'll get the win though and all the 'fickle' fans will return to the shadows and never dare to question our great leader again.

If we get 4th place again Rodders and I will put the whole of Cornwall to shame with our very own special 'extra clotted' home made recipes

On a serious note - my first ever away game with my old man. Last day of the season 11 May 1985 - nothing at stake for either team and we came from behind to draw 2-2. Was hooked on away days from that point......even though it was a meaningless game we came from behind and I saw the difference in the away support to the home support first hand

Sadly, we came out of the ground that day to turn the radio on in the car and find out about the tragic events at Bradford that day - my first away game will always stay with me initially for happy reasons but also the sadness that followed that day. Can still remember me and the old fella driving back to London trying to comprehend what had gone on that day.

Caz will replace Jack so I hope he puts in like CL game Wednesday. As long as we remember to not over commit going forward I think we can win this 2 - 0. When is Kos back ?. :barscarf: :barscarf:
