Welcome to the lad, and hope he does well. People will bitch and moan, but club has to continue signing good young players as well as adding to the first team squad. Looks big!

Good luck to him, if he's treated like Chambers he'll be fucked by the time he's 19!! Let's hope he turns out to be a good 'un.

The kid will be a monster like Matić physically by the time he's 20. He's only just turned 17 on the 4th and he's already 6'2.
Welcome and good luck KB.

This is my fear - Wenger will claim our defensive problems are now sorted with this signing. The lad will then be thrown in at the deep end and will be totally overwhelmed.TeeCee wrote:Good luck to him, if he's treated like Chambers he'll be fucked by the time he's 19!! I hope I'm wrong and he is given time to develop and grow.

What's the odds he'll be played before end of season!?

6'2" and 12 1/2 stone. more Diaby than MaticSydneyGooner wrote:The kid will be a monster like Matić physically by the time he's 20. He's only just turned 17 on the 4th and he's already 6'2.

best of luck to him though - with proper coaching he could make it.
personally i think small, stocky and quick is better for a DM - Davids, Makele, etc

Yep, welcome to the Club and I hope you turn out to be as good as PV4
2 Observations though. He does look like a matchday mascot but also why would you wear a shirt AND hold one up?!

Agree with you about this one. The club certainly need to continue with youth development as long as they add quality (and not stop gaps) to the first team.rigsby wrote:Welcome to the lad, and hope he does well. I wish the lad all the best during his time with us. The sum total of which will amount to two League Cup appearances before his quiet transfer to Freiburg a year later at a £2m loss.
