Anyone else hear that fucking useless no-mark Phil Neville advocating “two-footing” a player after seeing Rosicky's exaggerated reverse passing on MOTD?

Pillock.

Yes. Pretty embarrassing talking like that. Seen someone say that attitude is the reason for Diaby, Eduardo and Ramsey having their careers significantly altered and in Abou's case destroyed.

I'm usually one to take press/opposition comments in stride, but I think he should never be on MOTD again. Imagine being so thick to tell your kid "yeah, go two-foot little Tommy over there because he made a couple flash passes". Absurd.

I think that’s why it pissed me off so much. Without wishing to come across as some sort of victim mentality dick those players you mentioned immediately sprang to mind.

I expect more from some rent-a-gob who should know better.

The BBC seems to be in a race to the bottom, employing such twats as; Neville, Savage etc.

It's consistent with the English attitude towards the game, even after the 'PASHUN and leg-breaker tackles' style of play has shown to be absolutely shit on the world stage for about half a century. Fancy dan football is to be derided, not learnt from.

As for the BBC, their coverage is getting absurdly bad, just as Sky's is really coming into its own. Whatever you think about Carragher and G. Neville, they put the hours into their analysis and do it properly, TH as well. They all sound like they know what they're talking about. The BBC just try to use a 'lads in the pub' atmosphere and it's cringeworthy. There was a game at the World Cup a few years ago when their pundits actually said 'we don't really know anything about these teams', like it wasn't their job to know as pundits.

Who the fuck wants to listen to Robbie Savage and Jimmy Bullard?!

Just. Not. The. Victims. Please. :banghead:

The whole "get Gerard to Wembley" shite is fucking painful to watch. The whole BBC/SlySports Gerard-Cock-Suck-Fest is embarrassing beyond belief.

Slackjaw Neville is a fucking plank. A desperately average footballer that gives off the appearance of being "special" and then confirms same by talking. As inbred and retard-featured as Ginger Scholes. Arseholio magnifico's both.

Why the fuck is Robbie Savage being asked to comment on football? It would be like asking a gerbil to comment on lube. Sure, it's something the poor little fucker is aware of, but he ain't going to be able to tell you how it was made or why it works, is he?
