CL qtrs 2nd leg

Post by Nos89 »

Bayern Munich display in that first half was blistering. That is how you overturn a 3-1 first leg deficit. Pep gets rid of the medical team. He is exactly what we need. He would cause carnage at Colney.
I also fancy Monaco to get through to the semi final. Juve only have a 1 goal lead. As we've seen they are capable of turning in a quality performance.

Hope Athletico go through tonight. Watching the first half from Munich was like watching the World Cup semi-final again.

I'm no lover of Real Madrid and know that they are no angels but I don't!! Although I admire their manager and the team ethic, unlike last year I don't want Athletico's thugish bully boy and cheating tactics to prevail. They have become the modern day Wimbledon (with obviously better players so with less excuse) who will do almost anything - regardless if they are in the rules or not - to win.

Garcia is one of the biggest cheats to have ever played the game and they have a number of players that wouldn't think twice about giving you a whack off the ball. They also intimidate the refs at every possible opportunity and no longer can be admired for their 'spirit' when it comes attached - deliberately so - to all those other negatives.

My tin hat is firmly on!!

skysports slam simeone, but have praised jose for similar tactics with FAR FAR superior budgets in his teams.

f*ck you all.

He has already stated he would like to play more expansively but he wont be able to compete with Barca and Madrid like that.

Ever seen Sergio ramos play ? He is one of THE most cheating diving c.unts in world football at the mo  C.unts like him and pepe drive me crazy cos the b.astards act all tough, but yet fall dramatically everytime anyone brushes against them

For the record, I respect ancelotti and would class him as a good manager, but I hate those Madrid c.unts (ladyboy, pepe, marcelo, arbeloa etc) and I would loved to have seen ath Madrid knock them out tonight but sadly it didn't happen :( :(

why do people keep saying Athletico? - unless there's a history that I'm unaware of, they're Atletico and always have been :rubchin:

I always find it a little odd as it's not like they're a small team that are unheard of.

Anyway, now I've got that out of the way   I'm finding football more difficult to watch with every passing season. Too many players trying to get each other sent off, dirty cheating tactics and card happy referees who send players off too easily and end up ruining big games.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'm glad Arsenal don't do that too often. It's dispiriting. :( - started off tonight looking forward to the Madrid derby, but ended up not liking either team or the ref. :|

Cant disagree with that at all - la liga used to be a great league to watch but now the theatrics of the big 3 make it awful to watch and really is a blight on the game imo  The really sad part of all that, is that all 3 have great teams and some world class players but they spend too much time trying to nullify the opposition and trying to get each other sent off  Is it any coincidence that the standards of la liga went to shit after a certain cuntbag portugese manager took over real Madrid ? :rubchin:

Whilst I agree that Atletico are cheating crunts, I have to say they are beginners compared to Real.

Watching that game last night was just plain embarrassing to watch Real's players. Grown men acting like bitches. The waving of imaginary cards, the trying to get other players sent off, the diving, playacting, feigning injury with every slight contact from Ladyboy, Pepe, and UberCunt Sergio Ramos (to name just a few) was stomach turning. Ramos in particular is a fucking cúnt. Rolling around like he's been stabbed and then jumping up and playing on a second later? :x

How the fuck anyone in their right mind can speak of Ladyboy Dive-aldo in the same breath as Messi astonishes me tbh. It's not just about skill and technique to be the best in the world; it's also about courage, honesty, integrity, what they bring to the game, being a fucking man. Messi gets clattered every couple of minutes, never dives, never rolls around whining like a bitch, gets up, gets on with it. Ladybitch gets brushed against and he goes down quicker than a two-bit ho. Moans a lot more too.

It's been creeping into the PL for years now and is getting worse every season but the PL is still nowhere near as bad as the Spanish and Italian leagues for this shit, and when it does get that bad? I'm done. I'll just stop watching it. :|

Looking at the four teams in the semi final they are in a different stratosphere from us. We really don't belong in the last 4 of this competition. Its sad because the new stadium was meant to bring us up to their level and status.

Real fans remember the status of this club before the Premier League.

Cup semi:

Juventus 1 up on Real.

In theory ok, but did I hear shit goal music (of the sort you'd hear at a Northern ground)?
