Boring Boring Chelsea

Post by nut flush gooner »

Fucking chav fucking *word censored*. You would have thought they would be accused of murder. Quite funny how 5 days later they are still going on about it.

As for moaninho if 10 years is boring, how fucking boring is it going 50 years before you win another title. Not to mention the lack of history pre 2004. Mikey Mouse club always have been always will be.

For the record we took the boring tag for years to the extent we sang boring boring arsenal to mock ourselves. How fucking original are these plastic chavs *word censored*.

starting to become an ultra sensitive club.

It's a silly chant that can't really be taken seriously, but it got to them. They'll probably mention it when they lift the trophy to remind everyone it doesn't effect them.

Mourinho is a winner. That coupled with the fact hes arrogant about it means everyone apart from Chelsea fans and me, it seems, hates him. I wish we were as "boring" as Chelsea. I certaintly wish we had a manager with a winning mentality and was more "Mourinho-like" instead of the mediocrity we've endured for a decade.

We really should stop crying about money and history. Its embarrassing

I was always quite proud of the boring, boring tag and feel a bit betrayed that they have taken that away from us. 1 nil to the arsenal, and boring boring Arsenal were a sign of our dominance and we lapped it up and we took it with dignity and ended up owning it. I still remember the Kop singing it to us after that match as TA lifted the championship trophy.
I bet GG in the crowd was quietly wincing when he heard that sang to them. After all that was his legacy to our club.

It wasn't' the kop singing boring, boring Arsenal, it was us in the Anfield Road end being ironic. :barscarf:

Same old Arsenal taking the piss :barscarf:

That's not really the point to be honest. It's more how the mighty chelski's feelings have been hurt by nasty arsenal fans suggesting their team might be a tad yawn.

We had it for years in the 80s/90s and revelled in it. Perhaps Maureen is trying to create a siege mentality but he cant help coming across as a *word censored* can he. He's had a pop at our manager which is fair enough, but to have a go at the fans is quite funny. Could you imagine GG acting like that back in the day, no because our club always has and will have more class.

I know we sang it ironically but I'm pretty sure from memory they joined in as well.

Hate moaninho and his shithole racist national front club BUT he does have a point this time - as Gooners we all moan about how boring and repetitive this top 4 chase is every season and he is basically echoing(sp  ) that. Of course the fact that they went almost their entire history (before abramasonofabitch artifically changed the market  ) without winning anything of any real consequence, would escape him and the pikey, classless chav b.astards that NOW support that club

Can I also just agree with armchair and hlebby when they say that the whole money (and origin of it) moral argument is becoming embarrassing and pathetic  Life and sport are constantly changing and we all need to change with it, and the reality is that clubs need to spend money to be successful now so either bring our own sugar daddy on board (usmanov), or accept your place in life as also rans because there are many, many more clubs that dont have our resources and will never compete but dont spend their time crying about it

Augie, whatever the rights or wrongs of Mourinho's comments, you have to look behind them because there's always an underlying reason. He doesn't say anything without an agenda. And his agenda is different to our agenda.

And the moral arguement - morals and football have long since divorced. The arguement is really the extent to which the equation between money and monopoly allows you to take over and dominate, the point we've reached having become the worst in history and only getting worse.

A European Super League is coming.

Our success in the 30's was partly good old Herbert and partly due to spending huge sums of money - hence why we were known as the Bank of England and hated / envied by other clubs and fans.

The money factor is used as an excuse when convenient to do so but forgotten when we lose to smaller, poorer teams.
