Henry vs The Driving Bloke

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Henry vs The Driving Bloke

Post by DB10GOONER »

Anyone else watch this? :rubchin:

I'm starting to think this forum is turning me into a bitter old bastard. A 5-a-side match set up between that lad that drives the F1 snoozemobiles (representing The Arsenal) and TH14 (representing SkySports), some Arsenal legends involved (Merse, Bobby, TH14, Sol, Romford Pele) a few PL duds (Jamie "My Dad" Redkrapp, Hubcap Botherer Carragher, chav cúnt Cudacini) and for some fucking bizarre reason that fat chav prank monkey off Soccer AM, Tubes.

Okay.

Probably for charity, right? It's the car driver's dream as a (allegedly) lifelong Gooner, right? Who am I to think less of him for realising that dream? And helping charity, right?

So I'm watching it and thinking stop being a bitter bastard, who wouldn't do this if they had a chance.

And then I found out it WASN'T for charity. It's just that the spoilt rich car driver WANTED to do it, so you know, rich kid gets what he wants. :x And wow what an arrogant little cúnt he is, if the interviews were anything to go by.

As for the match. Merse is fat but still has a cracking volley in him. Bobby still loves football (and has apparently been playing in India in his 40's!!) and could still do a job ( ), Romford also still has a few nice touch's. Sol has been pounding the burgers into himself. Redkrapp is still shite. 8)

It was for charity DB10. It was in aid of the 'Make Lewis Hamilton Fulfil a Boyhood Dream' Foundation. 8)

Jamie Tight Trousers Redknapp got a bit tetchy during the game in a pathetic attempt to get commentator Tyler to spout some cliche about Jamie being as competitive as ever. Thought the whole thing was cringy. Remember the days when e footballers had to work rather than take part in a vanity exercise on a Monday morning ?. Merse and Sol made me feel good about my ever increasing middle age waistline.
