I see the headline too but it doesn't exactly say what we are meant to have done wrong
Surely unless it relates to some new rule that was brought in around that time, our staff would be aware of the rules and not stupid enough to ignore the rules ??

the cynic in me just wonders is this the reason why chambers was now left out for a good bit of the business end of the season, we must have knowen it was coming.

The realist in me fears he may have been left out cos hes crap

Re: Arsenal charged by FA
The most obvious misdemeanor would be we started negotiating with the player/agent without Southampton's permission. Be pretty annoying if we got done for something like that as everyone knows that all clubs do it, it is just never proved.
Re: Arsenal charged by FA
would be feckin hilarious if we get charged with misconduct and get a massive fine considering holier than thou lord wenker always gives us the FFP bollocks being the great leveller we need, then we go out and completely ignore f.a rules concerning signing players, makes a mockery of all his preaching,WENKER OUT

They'll be taking the cup off us next. Can't have a Frenchman winning the English FA Cup more than any other English coach.

Apparently a complaint has been made by a "disgruntled" third party. Who else was in for him? What would it take to make the third party "gruntled" I wonder?

Will the fine be used by Wenker as an excuse not to spend?
