amazonas - i think you'll find that's van basten

cruyff was an innovator, and genuinley loved the sport.remember him coming for a kick-about with some locals kids at elthorne park a couple of years ago. he was also db10's coach at ajax and helped turn him into the player that graced the highbury pitch :barscarf:

RIP

RIP Johann Cruyff.
Is he the only player to have a move named after him? ie:- the "Cruyff turn"

Not quite the only one as we have our very own "Ramsey Twirl" but couldn't agree more - legend. RIP

RIP to a true legend of the game.
Made Barcelona what it is today...
Up there with the world's best ever players...a rare breed of player that became an innovative coach.
It was a dream come true for me when he took to the pitch at DB10's testimonial at the bowl. Even at 58 he had an authority and an assured touch of the ball. Condolences to his family.

RIP Legendary player, great manager and also reputably excellent teacher for youth kids too, not too many around with that breadth of ability, enjoy the pitch wherever you are :barscarf:

One of the few good memories I have of the Bowl. Honoured to say I saw him play :barscarf:

RIP
