The BEST Feeling You Had After A Game (Time to Move On Guys)
As an obvious antithesis to the 'Worst Feeling' thread, let's cheer ourselves up and get back to happy thoughts.
Five games that spring to my mind - not a lot of thought has been put into this, and they are certainly in no particular order, so I'm sure you can do better:
1. Chelsea 2 Arsenal 3 (Premiership, circa 2001). Two-nil down. Raining. Crap game. And then....KANUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!
Quite beautiful really.
2. Arsenal 2 Spurs 1 (FA Cup Semi Final 2001). No, not THAT one from '93. Chosen not even for the result. But more for the pure footballing lesson given to them; the utter, utter wiping of the floor with Cockerel shit. Should have been 10, was only 2. But what a gulf in style, skill, class and talent.
3. Arsenal 1 Spurs 0 (FA Cup Semi Final 1993). Ah, here it is.
Just let me close my eyes and.....ahhhh, it's all better now.
4. Liverpool 0 Arsenal 2 (League 1 - someone explain that to a Man Utd fan - 1989). Oh sweet, sweet Jesus. I know I promised to go to church every day for the rest of my life, to work with the poor and needy in darkest Congo and to donate my bollocks to medical science - while I was still alive. And I'm sorry for not doing all that I promised (well, any of it).
Maybe if we could get the game moved and you could repeat a similar experience for the Arse away to Man Utd this year...?
5. Arsenal 2 Liverpool 1 (League Cup Final 1986). First team to beat the scousers when Rush had scored. And the first major evidence that something big was coming back again - the sun shone, Charlie rasped in a couple of screamers and Pezza wrote his name in the stars.
In its own way, a defining moment in our rennaisance. Shame about the following season's final mind !
So...that's a quick five off the top of my head. Not all five will make into your list I'm sure, but it doesn't half put you in a good mood thinking about them !

**** scum 0 Arsenal 1 at the shit hole 71. Google the pic of our fans on their pitch at the end if you aint seen it, you'll get some idea of the things that my 12 year old self felt.
Arsenal 2-1 Liverpool 1 at Wembley in the FA cup final the following saturday and the winner scored by our massive hero, Charlie George, you don't get many better footballing weeks than that one.
The obvious one, Anfield 89, no more needs to be said.
Arsenal 3, mancs 2 Wembley 79, from despair to complete joy in the space of 30 seconds at the end and a great day out was had by all.
Beating the **** scum 1-0 at Wembley in the 93 FA cup semi, a great feeling of relief and revenge for 91.
Winning the league at ot against the mancs in 2002
Beating chelsea in the 2002 cup final in Cardiff.
Back in the days when the league cup was actually taken seriously in 1987, beating the scum at the shit hole in a replay with Rocky scoring the winner a few minutes from the end after spending most of the two legged tie and replay losing. Millions of us there that night, or so it seemed.
I could add loads more to the list but I'd be here all night. Every night I go to bed and thank the powers that be that I am, always have been and always will be, a Gooner.

In no particular order
Man Utd 0 - 0 Arsenal
We won the FA Cup! The performance was not good at all but the satisfaction of getting something that was underserved against our big rivals was great.
Arsenal 2 - 1 Leicester
History was made. The match was not that special but the occasion is going to be forever remembered in our history. The "Invisibles" season was completed.
Inter Milan 1 - 5 Arsenal
Playing in one of the mightiest stadiums the world has seen. Facing a world-class defence. No captain Vieira and no maestro Bergkamp. We destroy Inter. That day was Eid as well so a brilliant present. If it continued for longer, we could have scored loads more. Probably our greatest attacking display in our recent history.
Real Madrid 0 - 1 Arsenal and Villarreal 0 - 0 Arsenal
Both were in Spain and in the same season. Both as special, one makes history with Arsenal being the first ever English team to beat Real at home and the second by sending Arsenal through to the Champions League final for the first time ever. Two moments from these games will be forever remembered, let the pictures do the talking:

I am only 17 and already so many great matches to remember. It must very special to be at such brilliant matches so I hope I witness many significant matches in future.

2nd place goes to about half a second after the ball hit the net in the 1979 cup final

For me, definitely Riqulmes penalty in the cl semi 2nd leg last minute. The way the match went, had he scored and taken it to extra time, we would never had held out for penalties. I was certain he'd score, then they'd beat us in extra time.
MY, the gunnerrs pub exploded when Lehmann saved it. That was the best feeling for me, not just in football, but in my entire life.

MK Gould wrote:Can't remember what game it was, but I was 15 and her name was Jackie, a neighbour of mine in Harlow. She let the young lads have a nice grope under her top (she wasn't choosy - sometimes one on each side). Yes, she was definitely the nicest feeling I've had a after a game.....

the 2005 cup final, simply for the reason, i watched it in a local bar full of man ure scumbags, and there were only 3 of us. the fact the we got pissed on in the 120 mins, made no difference whatsoever, cause it was vieira lifting the cup, not 1 half of the ugly neville brothers
. the man ures fans faces were a sight 2 behold
