I was wrong about Gallas (25/1)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

usual thread starter… Gallas is a winner and did not take defeat well. No one covered themselves in glory on Tuesday night except the Gooners who backed the team all the way to the final whistle. A word of warning to all contributors who submit stuff to us in the heat of the moment… get your frustration out onto a keyboard, save it as a word document and then read it the morning after before sending it. Saves this kind of thing!

fair play to you for admitting you're wrong

but you were terribly wrong not only for thinking Gilberto's better than Gallas in leading the team, but also for writing something so condemning when you're still in the heat of the defeat while facts were not even clarified as to the Ade/Bendtner incident and Gallas' involvement/role in it.

All that said, Arsenal deserve better support than this. If we demand the team to learn from things like this, we as fans should show at least as much class. You know lots of people just read one or two articles and form their impression/prejudice. Newsnow is convenient but it also gives you access to all kinds of crap on the net. I'm sure as a passtionate Gooner you don't want to mislead people, Arsenal fans or otherwise.

But fair play to you for being big enough to admit it. We've all eaten quite a few pieces of humble pie this season and it's no shame at all if we have the class to do so. Thanks for the article.
