Ticket Allocation Old Trafford

Post by Gooneroonie »

Hopefully we should get at least 9,000. That would be hilarious considering those mugs from down the orad handed back 3k.

Anyway, how does everyone think this is going to go. As in who will ultimately be able to apply for a ticket.

lets just hope its not an early kick off eh?

Im confident of 9k. They offered that to the tiny totts

Do you think gold / silver members without credits might have a chance? Every away this season has been bought off a mate with away scheme therefore my credits are shite!

I'm going to the the match against blackburn at the grove on the 11.2, and my flight back to Israel will be on the night of 16.2.

The company i work with in Manchester has an executive box at OT, so if the match takes place on saturday, i will go to the theater of dream (dreams of wiltord scoring in the double season).

Remember a few years ago (Giggs missed open goal) we got at least 10% of the capacity if not more........we wre not in usual corner of the ground either, upper tier opposite Stretford End.

I would def say we would get 9000 if the Spuds got that amount.

The noise we can make will be massive. Would think 5 credits would get you in.

I will def be looking to go to this. Ive had a spot of luck as my mate who is a platinum member cannot attend due to being on holiday so ill be going on his behalf.
We should have a meet up for all those who go so that we can go to the same boozer together.

I WOULD IMAGINE THAT PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY AWAY CREDITS WILL STILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS MATCH.
IN FACT, THEY WILL PROBABLY GO TO GENERAL SALE - ESPECIALLY IF WE GET THE 9,000 TICKETS I EXPECT US TO.

I THINK FA CUP RULES STATE THAT THE OPPOSITION SHOULD GET ANYTHING UP TO 15% OF THE TICKETS. MOST SIDES GET 9,000 WHEN THEY VISIT OLD TRAFFORD AND I DO SEEM TO REMEMBER THAT'S WHAT WE GOT WHEN WE PLAYED THEM BACK IN 2003. 8)

THE MATCH WILL MOST PROBABLY BE ON THE SATURDAY AS BOTH TEAMS WOULD WANT THE EXTRA DAYS PREPARATION FOR THEIR CHAMPION'S LEAGUE GAMES (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PLAYING ON THE TUESDAY).

EVEN THOUGH I WON'T BE GOING IF IT IS ON THE SATURDAY - MY NEPHEW GETS MARRIED ON THE SAME DAY   - I HOPE IT ISN'T A MID-DAY KICK OFF AS THAT WOULD MEANING LEAVING WELL EARLY FOR ARSENAL FANS GOING. :x

The game a few years ago was a fifth round game which i am sure that they gave us 7000. The east stand upper and the usual away stand.
A decent turnout by the boys for a solid 2-0 win.
Same again please Arsene!!!!!!!!!

They gave us 9000 last time, we had the normal enclosure and the upper tier behind the goal.

The normal enclosure at The Theatre of C**ts is one of the best for away fans but upper tier behind the goal is shit - seems so disconnected from the rest of the stadium.

It will be an embaresment if it goes on general sale. If people are begging for tickets for the emirates agaisnt the mancs then why not at old trafford. lets test the loyalty.
