a sign of the future??

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

a sign of the future??

Post by tomkingsbury »

My aunty traditionally buys me the official (not sure if there's an unofficial) arsenal calender for christmas, and when i turned over for the month of february - for those of you who have the calender im sure you shared the same joy, we have both big phil and willy on the page, willy looking hard as fuck, phil looking like he's just seen drogba coming on. Anyway, i then noticed that both players have the captain's armband on - i know phil got the captains armband for blackburn (any other games?), but is this subliminal messaging from arsenal of a sign of things to come??
lets hope not.

Also, as much as i enjoy the traditional calender, do you think theres a market for the players in a more 'intimate' or 'naked' calender i.e. in the post match bath/shower?

the way phillipe has been playing he could captain the first team, i dont understand why people cant give him a chance. he gives eveything for arsenal, when he came over to the fans at city he was so happy and proud to be playing likewise when he was captain at rovers and he turned to the fans. Top man

Long live Phillipe

You should ask Magic Hat, I am sure he's an "expert" in these kind of calendars

maybe it could be a calender for our lady supporters, and yes we could have the arsenal ladies stripped off.

or, maybe both teams could have a massive group orgy calender, prob no clean sheets tho!
