good words from his family,, rocky meant a lot to me when he was with us so always keep an eye out for all things rocky rocastle,, sad day when he was sold and i remember the minutes silence and the shock around highbury the day he died,, :cry:

How we could do with a player like David Rocastle in our team now....bursting down the wing creating and scoring

One of my all time favourite players despite never seeing him play for Arsenal in the flesh.

What a great site. Rocky was, and is, a legend. I loved the man. Such a sad loss. Will be getting me one of them there t-shirts too. 8)

I HEARD ON THE FANS FORUM ON ARSENAL TV TONIGHT THAT FANS ARE PLANNING TO SING 10 CHORUSES OF 'OH ROCKY, ROCKY' AT THE LIVERPOOL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MATCH JUST BEFORE KICK-OFF.

THEY SAID IT WILL BE 7 YEARS SINCE HIS DEATH ON THE 31ST MAY, AND THAT THE LIVERPOOL FIXTURE IS THE NEAREST ONE TO THAT DATE, SO THEY PLAN TO SING IT IN TRIBUTE TO OUR FORMER NO.7. 8) :lol: :wink:
