The Glasgow Rangers Fans

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The Glasgow Rangers Fans

Post by dvbrisgooner1 »

I see that their behaviour last night has led to the cancellation of Champions League Final screenings next week for Manchester United fans. Now, I hate Man Utd much as the next man, but I think it's fucking wrong that the behaviour of drunken Jocks leads to this for Utd fans in their own city. I mean, the people of Plymouth had been looking forward to these screenings for the past two weeks!!!!!!!!!

All those poor people from Surrey will have to stay at home instead.

Methinks Manchester got a little greedy.....

Encouraging almost 200,000 Rangers fans to come and drink all day - and then express horror and surprise when it all goes tits up!

Well the screening is still going to happen in London and Hong Kong so 85% of Man Utd are unscathed by the events in Manchester

The wanky mancs cause trouble and destruction wherever they go, I thought it was great to see their shit city being subject to the same kind of neanderthal behaviour usually served up by their very own. Lets hope the Russians batter a good few of them next week.

Why would anyone want to travel ticketless from Glasgow to Manchester to watch a game on a big screen?

I just do not get it.

Better to watch it in Glasgow if you do not have a ticket, then go celebrate at Ibrox if you win.

It's the atmosphere and all that. You fell closer to the stadium and everything. Presence is the key.
