I've joined, but I think my team will have to be changed a bit before the season kicks off. I've done alright for myself though, some good quality budget players, as well as some brilliance.

Someone with the operational powers may want to make this a sticky so people like Mizz Naughty can easily access it when all the transfers are complete

Hart

Dunne Corluka Hyypia Ooijer

Fabregas(c) Gerrard Nasri

Walcott Torres Agbonlahor

Goals count far more towards score than clean sheets therefore i've spent big money on my first choice midfielders and forwards and bought low budget defenders and keepers from teams that don't ship many goals.

Clean Sheet: 4 points (Keeper, Defender) 2 Points (Midfielder)

Goal: 4 points (Any player)

Assist: 2 points (Any player)

yeah, think how many goals you can score in a game weighed against how likely teams are to keep clean sheets these days, you make far more points out of midfielders and forwards.

Ah, but that is different to what you said earlier!

:meeeow:

I yield! I yield!

I understand. That might be true, but a decent centre back could earn more points than any midfielder. Lescott was in my side last year and was one of my first picks this year. Scores goals, keeps clean sheets, even managed some assists.
