As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Icing on the cake for me would be milan winning the CL which i think they will. I just cannot take listening to teh scousers singing we've won it six tiiiiiiiiimmmmmmmmmmmessssss

Job Centre? As far as I know, most Scousers avoid Job Centres like vampires avoid garlic and crucifixes. It's far more likely they got the whining sound from the regular trips to their G.P.s to get their sick notes signed off for their invalidity benefit claims.
Anyway, I'm so pleased Man Ure got a good cuffing from Milan. Altogether now: "Where's your treble gone?"
with chavski and man u-rinal both going out the champs league it kind of makes our season look not too bad.
considering our injuries and team of teenagers i think we have done reasonably ok. i am in no way saying saying it is good enough because we should be challenging for evrything but at the end of the day only one team can win each piece of silverware.
Milan were called an old team,i call it experience. That is what we have lacked this season,We need to buy a couple of big name players who have experience of playing big games in Europe, It we do that i can see us challenging again next season.

Yep, good point, donaldo.
I think it was the Hansen tosser said you don't win things with kids and then was famously proved wrong by the FilthUtd . But what most of the pundits failed to mention was that that filth team had a smattering of old heads in the first team and the squad.
Our kids are quality for the most part - all we need is a couple of old heads in key positions, like defence and midfield.
Also, why isn't Legend TA6 back with us coaching the defence?? I love Uncle Bouldy but TA6 would have a huge influence on the kids.
Tony has a cushty job at Portsmouth learning the trade, guess we could see him back in the future, but teh incentive to come back now would just not be there at the moment.
Just adding something to what donaldo said. Kaka was fantastic over the 2 legs no doubt about it, the best player in the world at the moment. But i felt Gattuso was the difference between the 2 sides. The only time Man U looked good over the 2 legs was after Gattuso was substituted in the second half in the first leg. Then as i was watching the second leg last night, i was seeing him shouting, yelling and when he got substituted at the end throwing his fist in the air and stuff and celebrating with the fans. It just shows how much passionate the guy is, you can tell he will die in the field if needed for the club. I couldnt help wonder whether we have anyone like Gattuso in our team. People will say TH14 is someone similar in that respect, or even Kolo, im not sure, i would like to see more passion from them, yelling more, being more vocal. I know people will disagree with me but this is what i feel.
