England or Arsenal..
With a wonderful night of football tonight in store with England playing and then in 2 weeks the qualifiers start, wow cant wait for that, i thought i would see who here actually, gives a shit about England now.
The players certainly dont care about Playing for their country as much as their club and that is what has made me, not really care when England play. In the last 2-3 years ive slowly not really cared and when ive missed a game i thought oh well its only England, but when it comes to Arsenal well, thats a different story, if im running late for a game i get so pissed off and take out on everyone else.... so everyone England or Arsenal?

I'd agree with that slowly I've become bored of England.
Trust me I've so much pride for the team but it simply doesn't grab me.
I know all the games should be important but when your playing such low level teams I'm not interested. Especially from past experience we still make it hard work of it.
Hense the lack of interest.
I've more interest though when the competition is higher. (including tournaments)
Arsenal all the way.

My priority
Arsenal on club match day
England on international match day
I do think the players care but thanks to the press and the fans, plus some bad coaching in their youth, they are technically deficient and terrified. They tried to hang onto lead's against big teams out of sheer fear rather then go for the win. I do hate the press rubbish and some of the fan comments were they put a club player over country, example one or two Liverpool fans on Terry and how Gerrard is being victimised.

Never been an (lower case) england fan since some fat skinheads in england shirts gave me loads of racist abuse back in 86. Yes i can hold a grudge for a long time.
I just don't get the hypocrisy involved in following a national team. I'm Arsenal first. Yet I would be expected to cheer seeing fatpard scoring in an england game. I dont think so. I saw the rooney ronaldo incident (who didn't) with loads of mancs saying all kinds of crap, with the same mancs going back to wanting to suck him off as soon as the season starts. I grew up from the mid 70's and would see idots all rucking with each other at matches, only to see the same lot join forces for england games. Again the hypocrisy.
If a gooner was playing I would support that player. As Perry Groves states in his book, yes i got the members pack, its better to play well and lose than play bad and win. I say fuck the score as long as the gooner represents its all good.
so i say fuck england, Arsenal always come first.
