One of my friends, despite not supporting Arsenal, went to a few Carling Cup games that went on general sale last year. Apparently last week he got an application form to join too!

How old are you SWL? My understanding is JG's are upgraded to Silver membership when they are too old to be a JG anymore. If thats the case hold onto your JG till youre old enough to get a silver.SWLGooner wrote:ok, but which is better. Actually agree but i think the club are wanting younger members to keep the club going in say 30 years etc. understand why but its unfairWengerKnows wrote:I am overseas so none of this is relevant to me . Isn't this unfair though to red members who have been suffering since time immomoriel on the waiting list to be promoted to silver ?
Im already a silver so Rebel i have nothing to wait for

Well, I'm 14. I think I'll stay with the JG. And, no, it's not unfair, I'm just special.flash gunner wrote:How old are you SWL? It must be very frusutrating for Red members, but I don't think it is unfair. The club need to be encouraging young Arsenal fans to go to games... after all, they are the futureWengerKnows wrote:I am overseas so none of this is relevant to me . I'd probably feel differently if I was a Red member though

They can always join one of the many supporters clubs to improve their chances of getting match tickets.WengerKnows wrote:I am overseas so none of this is relevant to me .
