1334: A few early tackles flying in, and Nigel de Jong has just put the classic reducer on new Newcastle favourite Hatem Ben Arfa. Lay off him Nige, I've been looking forward to watching the 'new David Ginola'.

1336: Actually, this doesn't look too good for Ben Arfa. It looks on the replays ...

If he was gonna drop him why the fuck pick him in the first half? How is that good for the lad's confidence? As much as I want Wenger gone I would hate for this fool to come anywhere near managing us.

He's not been dropped - that's a far too dramatic way of looking at it.

He's an 18 year old lad ...

just read the sky sports match report, haven't seen the game yet.

Final line of report:

But they could not get the crucial equaliser and despite saves from Almunia, Arsenal held on for the victory.

I don't think they need goal-line technology, but they should use video replays. The problems come when the audience at home (or sometimes the fans in the stadium when they make a mistake) are shown contentious decisions which are clearly wrong. There is no need to introduce a system that purports ...

I like the way it says Arsene Wenger, entraineur ASNL (AS Nancy Lorraine).
Now he's coach at Arsenal, he's basically added Rea to this.

Does this mean he likes Chris Rea?

Which begs the question:

Whatever happened to Benny Santini?

I thought I was watching a different player.... Diaby played very well, in addition, Sagna's crosses were class and dangerous, with his right foot and even left foot... What happens to these players when they pull on our shirt...  :banghead:

Yeah, Diaby and Sagna often seemed ...

Diaby - potential to be quality but at the Monet very sporadic, loved his header against Liverpool!

Denilson- shite! Wengers being stubborn and sticking to his guns by saying he's a good prospect-I think a good prospect for Barnet first team!

yeah, well I Rembrandt him having a few good games ...

Diaby - TV Ok-ish

Fabianski, Cliche, Denielson and Bendtner - a header apart - are shocking.

BRING ON RAMSEY !!!!!!!!!

Really? Denilson has done nothing wrong, he's work off the ball is quite superb, covering, filling in all over the shop, winning the ball ...

i was getting a bit annoyed with him at the time, but then watching the highlights on sky i thought 'fair enough' about most of his comments.
but then maybe i was being generous because we won 4-2 and are top of the league
